Per our shipping policy (linked below), shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer in the event that the sub-total cost of the order is under $50. Extra Shipping Fee may be needed in the following events
1. In the event of a package returned to rae & grace due to
a. Address being incorrectly put into the shipping address during the checkout process.
b. Shipping provider not being able to deliver the package for any reason.
2. In the even that a promo code incorrectly removed shipping charge if the sub-total of the order was under $50.
